Marking Another Chapter in the Legal Industry’s Pursuit of Smarter Reviews

HaystackID, a specialized data services company solving business data challenges related to legal, compliance, regulatory, and cyber events, has officially announced the launch of ReviewRight 3.0, which would be a transformative update meant to advance its industry-leading legal talent management and managed review ecosystem.

According to certain reports, ReviewRight 3.0 brings forth a modernized interface, expanded non-English language review capabilities, as well as a mobile application designed to deliver speed, accuracy, and flexibility in legal talent management.

More on that would reveal how the solution in question will empower reviewers to engage with ReviewRight via a dedicated mobile app, thus providing anywhere access of project notifications, profile management, and availability updates. The platform’s mobile capabilities also tread up a long distance to enhance recruiter response times and support faster project ramp-ups.

“ReviewRight 3.0 is not just an upgrade—it’s a reimagining of how legal teams identify, assess, and deploy top-tier review talent,” said Matt Daimler, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Review at HaystackID. “We’ve combined cutting-edge technology with our proven process to give clients faster access to qualified reviewers, regardless of location or language.”

Talk about the whole value proposition on a slightly deeper level, we begin the promise of a modernized user experience, which will pack together a fully refreshed interface to streamline workflows for recruiters, and at the same time, enhance productivity.

Next up, there is the potential for accessing candidate data in real-time. This translates to how attorneys can now update availability dynamically. The behind that stems from helping HaystackID teams complete projects faster and with greater precision.

Another detail worth a mention here is rooted in a facility dedicated towards data-driven matching. Here, the idea is to leverage advanced statistical models, alongside platform’s AI-enabled match engine, to deliver stack-ranked candidate recommendations based on skill sets, project history, and real-time availability.

Rounding up highlights would be the availability of a cross-platform mobile app, an app which is available for download via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, providing anytime, anywhere access of project notifications, profile updates, and staffing opportunities.

“Today’s legal professionals expect mobile-first solutions, and our new app delivers on that expectation by connecting attorneys to opportunities on-the-go,” said Daniella Virgile, Vice President of Managed Review Recruiting at HaystackID. “This means faster updates, better engagement, and stronger project outcomes for our clients.”

Among other things, we must touch upon ReviewRight 3.0’s proprietary testing mechanism for Languages Other than English (LOTE). As a result, HaystackID should now be able to evaluate actual document review performance. This involves a comprehensive assessment of accuracy, speed, and comprehension, all of it markedly available in different languages like Spanish, French, Italian, and Portuguese.

It must also be acknowledged that ReviewRight 3.0 will further facilitate cyber review-specific testing to validate reviewers’ knowhow in handling data breach and incident response projects. These new capabilities will be further expanded using planned subject-matter-specific testing modules.

The development in question builds upon the globally-recognized stature of ReviewRight which, since 2011, has delivered more than 5,000 global review matters, including second requests and regulatory reviews, for leading law firms and corporate legal teams worldwide. All in all, HaystackID’s Global Managed Review services provide a market-leading solution for more than 33,000+ attorneys.

“The ability to speak a language does not guarantee the ability to review legal documents in that language effectively,” said Virgile. “With ReviewRight 3.0, we’re bringing precision to multilingual staffing by testing attorneys on real-world review tasks, helping us ensure readiness from day one.”
